What is the Maximum No. of Cards in Hand

As the title says..

I don't know if it is written in the spanish wiki or forum but in the english part there is no info on it.

So far I can only have 8 cards max when I should have drawn 9 cards. Is there a rule on this one or is this a bug?

Yes there is a rule, the number of cards in hand can't be over 8 cards.
The rule is present in French rule book, but not in English, I have corrected the wiki, accordingly to this rule.

So that's why I can't get my hand cards to 11 using dreamlike encounter and pirate legend tongue
