Récompense Fee'z - Validation après pub

Hi,

I think there is a problem with the Fee'z rewarding by advertising.
Let me explain ;
- From the game interface of Eredan, I go to Get Fee'z by clicking the little "+" next to "the number of Fee'z I have".
- Then, for example, I select "free Fee'z".
- Finally I select an ad.

Fee'z Gratuits

This issue affects all advertisements that require validation of registration by e-mail. Indeed, when I finish registration on the ad website in question I am asked to click on the confirmation email sent to my mail box. But in order to open my mailbox, I must first leave their website.
By doing so no Fee'z are credited!
In fact when I leave the ad website, the following status bar disappears...
Barre d'état eredan
...and does not reappear when I click on the confirmation email from my mailbox.

What do I have to do to gain my Fee'z ?
That makes at least three ads registration without getting back any of my Fee'z...

The Feez are not put on your account immediatly.
But if you feel after some time that you have not received what you should, you have to contact the sponsor that offer the Feez, Matomy in your case.
Scroll up your window to show the header, you should find a blue button named "Vérifiez le statut de l'offre".
So you can access to the support of Matomy and put the copy of your confimation email and all the details you can.

Thank you very much. That helped med a lot !

Now I contacted Matomy. They told me (the bot automatic response) this :
it is possible that your offer may not have been completed successfully due to certain technical reasons such as:
-    Firewall or browser security settings are not accepting third-party cookies
-    Software on your computer (such as ad-blocking software) is not allowing the successful completion of the offer.
-    Refreshing the landing page of the offer
-    Filling out false or inaccurate information

=> I use Adblocks Plus (eredan.com was not blocked by it but) that could heavily explain the problem.

PS: I'm in France and I use the french version of Eredan, and I was redirected to this forum that seems to be half french/half english. Is it French or English ?
... or maybe both ?
