As the title says, I cannot chain a Vicious Cycle the opponent put in my hand.

You and your opponent use Zil Priest, yes or no?
You cant chain it with a Theurgy, yes or no?

I had the same problem the other time. Both my opponent and I were using Zil Priest decks. I couldn't chain the Vicious Circle that were putted in my deck by the opponent with any theurgy to it.
