After removing wild buds, wilds buds still does dmg..

If Wild Buds came into play before the blade, then it should deal its damages before being removed.

Another question about this dagger.
Why it gives chain when played by Telendar? I konw he have chain but only when play cards limited to marauder class and this blade is marauder and mage

The chain of Telendar is not for only marauders cards. It is for marauders cards.
Multi-class cards, when marauder class is written, are card for marauders and Telendar can chain on it.

In that case I think the english translation is deceiving because says "limited to marauders" and by that idea a mage-marauder card does not fit

"limited to marauders" not "limited only to marauders"
A mage-marauder card is limited to marauders and limited to mage.
Sounds good for me.
