Black screen on adventure...

This is annoying, I hope I can get my energy refunded...
I wanted to play Inferno Adventure mode and it took my energy but all I get is blank black screen and it did nothing, so I tried again restart the browser and try again to beat Inferno...
It happened again...

It happened before but not twice in a row and now I'm out of energy...

Pls fix this and refund my 46 energy...

Ye i confirm this... happend again... again and again... this game is getting more frustrating by the day... too man bugs, too much imbalance, too little information and no refund for anything...

some of us decided to spend money on this game... and therefore we expect a working (or at least somehow working) system...

Same happened here,It's really frustrating since I only get 3 games in worth of energy before I gotta go to work. Please fix.

A possible workaround : Try to switch the screen in full screen with the option at the bottom right (or quit the full screen mode) to force a redisplay of the screen.

I don't say it will work each time, but it seems help.

I don't say it will work each time, but it seems help.

It fixes it....then it screws up gain...you have to KEEP rechanging the sizes just to see what is going on....It's a bad bad bad bad BUG....please fix.

Clock is running, mouse is working, i can even make it full screen... 50% of the time this happens - been 3 days i wait for the weekend to come by, but patience can run out... what is the progress? i did really wait for the "free" energy to refill then this happens again

there is no difference towards yesterday... AM still blackscreens and buttons vanish every other fight in level room... i seldom can see my chars in the battle...

cache is cleared, firefox updated, flash player on last version and i relog every 10 minutes because otherwise i wont see anything

i did use all possible option before i post this... did Firefox/Chrome/AOL/IE even tried Safari same blackout not always, but it happens... i keep my cache clean and never report until I got proof accurately.

As you said, when "no-one" has access to the adventure mode, there is some compensation.
Here the case is far away from "no-one could access".

why should he stop asking?  for the whole week of the event the playerbase had to endure a lot and keep patient with all this inappropriate preparations that were done... this event is an exact copy of last years manhunt and there it was the same... servers overcrowded but as far as i can remember noone had to suffer vanishing buttons or simply wasted energy in AM as it simply wasnt existing back then... why should he not ask for what he thinks is proper to ask?

besides skadooosh you are no admin... neither a mod... you are just another player so stop acting like you are the chief of feerik... i will also word my requests for a refund until some admin tells me what feeriks actions are since they 'know'... you dont!!

simply waiting for it to refill is not the solution and neither a compensation for 'losing' energy...

because energy is free, dont expect a refund!
besides, you lost your energy, I didn't. (well I lose like 69 EP before understanding how to avoid the bug)
you just had to swich from normal mode to fullscreen... and it perfectly worked...

More seriously, I'll discuss about a mass refund. But I don't think it will happen : everybody didn't have any problem all week end long, and we can't just refund case by case.
