Pure Poison Quest Question
Hi everyone,
I was wondering if there was a pre-req for the Quest "First Caprice (lvl 13)" to attain the "Pure Poison" technique.
One of my Zil's got it, but my brother's Zil account didn't. I was wondering what could've happened.

After a quick research it seems there isn't any prerequisite for this quest and you should automatically have it once you get level 13. Is he sure he didn't already completed it? Did you try clearing your browser to see if it makes the quest appear?

Yeah, I had to translate the French forum to see, but there doesn't seem to be a pre-req either.
He's lvl 19 now, still no quest.
Also, I've played as Noz, Nomad, and Kotoba and I haven't seen the "First Whim/Caprice" quest either except for this one Zil account that I have. Very odd.
Maybe it might be a bug?

Well, what happens is I just delete the account and re-start.
