To be honest 300k isn't alot, especially ELO decks.

The best you can do is create a Super Discard deck. You will most likely have crystals to spare if you do.

well it's 300k and i can sell off the cards from my current deck for another 200k if necessary, so 500k max.

Re : Tempus Deck

To put in in perspective Noz blaster decks cost upward of a million crystals. Just look at the price of one [card]Rain of Death[/card].

Discard is able to destroy plenty of decks, even million crystal ones. Despite its cheap price.

Tempus is pretty cheap.  It's only, like, 150K if you don't use legendary cards.

I'd suggest Tempus too if you haven't made one yet, it's heartrendingly strong smile.

Time Blasts are pretty meh.  I'd suggest some Mental Prison's when you go into the mirror match or against Noz, because the Noz Blast deck can just one shot everyone, even The Eternal.

Area Control, too.  Three of those.  It's another card Eternal can chain, plus it's decent against aggro decks.

doloreane is a must, it's either doloreane + 2 pure tempus mages or doloreane + eternal+ another pure tempus mage

Why would you use anything other than that?

Watchmaker of destiny can replace the eternal

use [card]double clay[/card] instead of [card]area control[/card] and love that it lasts for 3 fights instead the end of the turn.

[card]Break the second chain[/card] is beautiful in this deck
[card]freeze[/card] is possibly a must in any mage deck for elo

I took out 2 [card]time mix[/card] for 2 [card]mental prison[/card] as stated above since time mix recycles itself

the players in elo will pick out the eternal specifically because he can not chain everything in the deck like pure mages can, he's a great character, but he can be replaced

I'll agree that Area Control is worse than Double Clay, and that Freeze should be in here, but I don't think you should go down to just one Time Mix.

Three is too many, and one isn't enough.  Time Mix is your out to Discard decks.  They're troublesome without them.  They usually always run a marauder for Theft, and you don't have any control over what cards get discarded with that card.  If they get rid of your only one, then you're screwed.

I'm not sure about Watchmaker > Eternal.  Eternal is a beast.  He's one of the most durable character in the game.  Sure, he can't chain very often, but that hasn't really been much of a problem with me.  If you're playing three Time Leap, you're bound to get one by the time you have to play with Eternal.  Not to mention his defense bonus is good, too.

Yeah Time mixes do quite well with doloreann with her turn bonus and passive abilities too, I love discarding two cards and playing time mix to return it to my deck, at the moment I'm trying an [card]obesity[/card] traded for the 1 other mental prison but I don't think that will last very long.

The eternal is probably one of the best characters in the game and I will completely agree that he is better than watchmaker but for my play style I would just rather have chain than durability and there are not many more options open to tempus players than the 4 characters there.

It just comes down to the speed of the game and too many times i've had a perfect opening draw of 2 heartrending dilemmas and the opponent chooses the eternal to go first.

I miss when I played Tempus before their most recent update.  Aging were, like, 10K at the absolute most.

I just did some quick math on the amount of crystals it would take to make a generic tempus deck and it came to a total of about give or take 225K lol

Re : Tempus Deck

i'm just short two aging now, and i've spent roughly 150k. so not too terrible.

So i built the deck, and was immensely satisfied when i dropped aging on my opponent on the "3rd" turn of the game for a 1-shot
