Is there a list of all the cards in the game somewhere?

In game it is possible to see a list of all cards and a description of what they do.  Unfortunately until you actually own that card it is blacked out.  Anyway, to find the list, click on My Collection.  On the GUI where it says display my collection click on the triangle and select show all series.

I tried checking out those two lists.. and they are in French.  Some of it was translated by my browser.. But most was not.. Does anyone know of a English list?
