Problem with mobile payment

Big comeback of mine, huh? Maybe someone still remember me, anyway to the point.
I wanted to purchase Feez with mobile payment to get enough for 2 years pack and to enable me selling cards in the market, but i couldn't complete transaction. I am from Poland and the problem is that an error occurs when i want to send text message TTFEEK, it isn't sent at all. I have enough money, that's for sure. My question is what may be the problem here? Thanks for all your help and sorry for bad english.

i dont know the payment systems of your country but the german one is like this ...

u enter your mobile-number

u get a sms with a code

enter this code in the 2nd box "Bezahlcode 1:" n push "weiter"
thats all

dont know your paymentsystem maybe its totally different...
can u show off ?
but since they have the polnish flagg too, you should have this one too...

In Poland it look like that

I think it works in that way:
1.I write my phone number step earlier.
2.They send me message to replay.
3.I reply and i get Feez.

But the problem is with this error that stops my message from being sent, and i don't know why this is happening...
