Noob question, What does Activate the order of your cards mean?

Its a daily quest.. I've gotten points for it before.. But sadly, I have no idea how.

On each character card you can find lines with "Turn X : ....."
Activate the order is to trigger this particular feature of your character.
To do that, you have to play this character at the correct turn of the game (turn number is displayed in the orange flame on the left of the game board)

There is also cards which trigger the order like [card]it is time[/card] or [card]that's an order[/card] or [card]once upon a time[/card].
