In adventure mode. Just beat upo some bosses I got mine on hares mission but I heard ppl get it with other missions too (nomad boss for example)

So I got the guy, is he going to be lv4 when he become active?

But, more to the point is the "rune" card the black/blank card that showed up when I won him?

I'm not getting black blanks when I win, it just says Congratulations an but doesn't give me a card. then in my collection I see black cards that don't have anything there when I click on them. is it like this for anyone else? also the game freezes when congratulating me.

These cards are probably runes. You can't see them bcs they haven't yet been translated. Though you can see them on others forums (french, spanish...)

Right now runes are under "Destiny cards" category, together with xp and foil cards. Is that a correct thing, because new Hares is using this cards during a game? This would suggest either some kind of new special game mechanic for runic Legion or that those cards will be required during evolution process. But this is only my guess.

BTW doesn't Runic Lord Hares sounds little better that Lord Runic Hares?

Hares starts the game with a Rune Cor so its something you use in-game. Either as part of  the deck or maybe some new system used by the Legion similar to the favors system for Adventure. Tho i don't think they are consumables since i got a foil Rune Cor.

Thay're random loot from adventure mode. They frop from any boss, not only the Solarians from the Runic campaign.
