No cards from 2 year pack

I just bought a 2 year pack and the app froze up when I went to open it. When I reloaded the page my feez were gone and I don't seem to have any new cards. the only cards I can really confirm missing are the obesity card that it said would be obtained (I had one before buying and still only have 1 (if I misread let me know since it's gone from the store) and it also said I'd get 2 rare or legendary cards yet I don't have any new rares or legendaries (I only have a few rares and no legendaries so I know all of them)

press the access stock button in the bottom left of Collections window, hope it's still there

Never lost a fair game... or played one.
