can you check if this is correct?
card says Compendium: Permanent. Chain. 
me think the compendium restriction is not working. its permanently attach to anazra

every Noz mage can play it because it didn't say Compendium above the effect unlike other caste-specific cards. Only when a compendium character plays it make the card permanent and make it chain i think.

check the picture again it permanently attaches to [card]Anazra[/card]

pic are blur but the word says it "attach to anazra" which is definately not a compendium caste

Ice crystals specifically says Permanent on Compendium, there is no way WitchBlades should get this card permanent.
