I bought the 999 fee'z DK starter last summer which accounts for the majority of these cards. The deck is somewhat manageable but I see myself needing to switch from this deck to other decks I have too often for this to be my main deck. I'm in need of some suggestions on changes that can be made to improve it.

there is a dk build floating around the forums somewhere that can work wonders for you but unfortunately the staple of dk decks is currently banned in the elo room (tournements) so i dont even use my dk deck and the only thing that im missing from that is [card]the last action[/card]

all in all your looking at ALOT of crystals to get anywhere with dk's like...
[card]knight's honor[/card] 8k
[card]cut and thrust[/card] 2.5k
[card]in the name of the dragon[/card] 9.5k (banned)
[card]chimera[/card] 70k (banned)
+2[card]draconian sword[/card] 43k (one used for chimera)
+2[card]fragment of chimera[/card] 15k (3 used for chimera)
and possibly switching [card]zahal[/card] for [card]ardrakar the dragon knight[/card]

Bro take my advice start another deck, Dragon Knights are too expensive even for a paying player like me, I spent about 500k To Fully Complete My DK Deck, and honestly it's 14/0 but it takes a while to learn how to play with them, If I was you, I'll try human trackers, because they strike hard and fast, and i was a victim to that deck more than once,

Difficult to build? Not really. They're not the most viable option, though. I think Guem Trackers is a better deck IMO.

Human and Guem Trackers are quite different, you may play both to see what you like the most. Both are effective w/o being able to top, but really fun to play tho. (But Human's Shui Khan's drawing is cooler by far ! xD)

About the main thread, it depend what you aim for. If you don't necessarily want to play amongst the "hightest" players but just have fun in normals games you can still make an non-optimised DK deck. You can add [card]Dragon Armor[/card] if you can afford them and change [card]The pen is mightier ...[/card] for [card]Power[/card] etc. (Fun how feather in v.o turn into pen ^^)

Crow aren't that expensive except for [card]Yu Ling[/card] and [card]Shadow master[/card] (you can easily do w/o them both tho)

and possibly switching zahal for ardrakar the dragon knight

3 Tracker Emblem
2 Art of Tracking
2 Shuriken
3 Return to Sender
3 Needle-Launcher
1 Disarmament

Katamaru can be hard to find, at least when i was looking for them. They pop up every now and then.

Okay, that's good to hear overall, and I think I can possibly manage without Katamaru until it pops up. I just have to wait for a sale or two to go through so I can get some more crystals or you my Ice Elf deck to get some quickly

I like keeping one tracker's mask just in case but i dont think you will need lurkign in the shadows because it is a very situational card.

I see, another question though, I'm having some problems with chaining right now as I'm training my characters up, what would be some suggested cards for chaining that would work well in this deck?

Yeah... That can be a problem. Maylss can chain Katamaru's, and Shui Khan can't play any of your spells since he doesn't become a War Guemelite until level 3. Return to Sender is about your only chain aside from Shurikan. So you have to pray you get one and they don't kill your Shurikan somehow.

Ok, so the progress I've made is getting Hime, disarmament, 2 Kotoba Shadows because I like the way they play as well as for finding shuriken easier, added a tracker mask, and a stealth attack.

I'm currently missing:

1 return to sender
1 emblem and shuriken
the needle-launchers
and the katamarus

anything else I should consider adding to this deck?

Stealth Attack? Find something else. Maybe the Assassination from the starter deck? Coincidentally that chains into Kunai.
