There's a lot of talk about discard update but what about the pack? They got a new member! A new WEAPON! An between this update and the last update they've gotten a lot of new cards lately. So what are the worth while cards now and what aren't? Is the new [card]Brutus[/card] worth replacing any of the staple line up of [card]Bloodsword[/card] [card]Fenrath[/card]and [card]Wild[/card]?

Here's what I usually run.

[card]Bloodsword[/card]
[card]fenrath[/card]
[card]Wild[/card]

[card]Lunation[/card] x3
[card]Beastial[/card] x3
[card]Annoyance[/card]x2
[card]The survival of the fittest[/card]x3
[card]Dances with Volk[/card]x2
[card]Fly off the handle[/card]x3
[card]The Alpha[/card] (only one I got)
[card]The Best Defense[/card]
[card]Dark Stone Heart[/card]

Think I mak get rid of the dances as they rarely make a difference for me, add in a couple [card]wolf paw[/card]s in they're place am maybe figure out a place for a couple of [card]My turn![/card]s.

What do you guys think is in the future for the pack decks?

Apparently there are 2 [card]My turn[/card] and I don't know how to show the different one for zil.

Well you put 2 Bloodsword....

And there's already a card called My turn,maybe they should change the name...

I think that the best is:

Brutus
Wild
Fenerath

But i think too that there's a second line up:

Brutus
Fenerath
Faceless

Why?Feerik want that the pack warriors, equip 2 handed weapons,and got brute attack.So the chain that faceless got, its better to the deck.

I think that wolf paw its worst than Bestial,so only 1 its good to the deck...My turn, or whatever that it got the name,its good if you got +1 The Alpha,becuz it plays 3 cards in a turn(if u use Wild,can be 4 cards)i dont think that Fly off the handle its good yet,The pack now look like berzerker,and i think that they should change the classes of warrior(from the pack) to berzerker,becuz use two handed axes, and get brute attack, its a thing of berzerker...

unfortunately, bloodsword must go.

wolf paw gives you attack +2 def +3 which is good but i think bestial with attack +3 is slightly better. but i am not so convinced yet..

i rarely use my dances anymore but its up to you.

i like defend your territory than fly off the handle.

Does anyone know what [card]Dirty Trick[/card] does with [card]Blind Test[/card]?

Edit: Must be wearing [card]The Alpha[/card] for this combo to work, for clarification.

I think Wolf Paw is strictly better. I'd give up one point of attack to gain 3 points of defense. The only real loss is Fenrath doesn't chain it.

Here's another question, How many alpha's do you think is necessary in a pack deck? I'm thinking 2. But having just 1 still works. 3 seems like too much to me.

I think those should be a priority. Alpha is awesome.

brutus is a nice addition to the pack.. he can easily stack lots of attack and defense.. a set up brutus can almost crush anything on round 3(beastial+annoyance/the best defense+3lunations ftw).. as for the alpha, i think it's best if you have my turn (don't use this much).. and for the wolf paw, would be great to chain with the best defense.. still the problem remains with the pack against mages and discard though..

dirty trick gives you the maximum possible bonus of the next card you play with an additional +1 def.. i use it with heads or tails for the +4 attack..

But the thing is Blind Test picks a random attribute as well. Either attack, defense, or spirit.

yep.. well, if you ask me too much randomness, less consistency.. hehe.. i'd better go for something more consistent..
