Hiya guys. This is a deck ive been working on World-Tree and so far it has been awesome. Id like to share it with u guys, and please give comments.
(3) [card]Germination[/card]
(3) [card]Vengeful Lianas[/card]
(3) [card]Unfortunate Encounter[/card]
(3) [card]Flowering[/card]
(1) [card]Rain of Death[/card]
(2) [card]The Rain Dance[/card]
(3) [card]Wild Buds[/card]
(1) [card]Arachnophobia [/card]
(1) [card]Sentence[/card]
Basically the deck works to fully utilize the awesomeness of germination. Hailwalker is your All-Star here and basically shut down your opponent in turn 1 (T1) using double germination to root out your opponent's chains on T2 and T3. Even better is the draw of germination+quercus awakening which any one of your dais can do. I use warrior keizan instead of mage because i like using hibernate, but u can use mage if u want too
I find that the use of germination cuts through your deck really fast, since u basically play 2 cards ( 3 in fact) at once. Add to the fact that u really wouldnt want to 'hardcast' vengeful lianas since it takes a turn to activate. I address this problem by using rain dance to allow u to discard bad hands( lianas) and get the card u want faster. Rain dance is very good here, since the deck is using 16 nature spells. U would want to use full playsets of both encounter and lianas since sometimes germination fetches nothing if u play less copies.
Ive playtested this deck and it does very well vs most mages, slow decks ( TG, DK , Avalonian) and even courts discard. Ive yet to face a good aggro deck tho, so i cant say anything yet. Anyhow, do comment
Edit: After reading your comments ive come up with this new line up. Its very flexible and can go full aggro with RoDs, arach and flowering, or slow with germs and wild buds. The rain dance are necessary imo, since youll be discarding lianas most of the time and what with all the Circus decks running around. Anyways, thanks for your comments

also dont have it, right? = =
for me, I dont have germination now.. but I want to test as much as I can...
"wild bud" I test by using only 1 in my deck.. it help me a lot in some situations..

I am surprised you'r deck runs out of cards so fast, since Keizan and Hailwalker have hardly any chains.
I feel Keizan mage version is better for this deck, because of the load of spells. He will give you less turns without chain, and therefor speed up the damage of your deck.
other then that this are changes i would make:
-1 germination, you will now only need it to chain with Hailwalker.
-3 vengeful, just not that good.
-1 living nature (you only have 2 races anyways, with mage version only one)
-1 flowering
-2 rain dance ( you deck wont go down as fast )
-1 hibernation
+3 [card]Rain of Death[/card] (quick damage, and great combo with flowering)
+2 [card]Double clay[/card] ( to replace hibernation)
+1 [card]magic poison[/card] ( to make wild buds stronger)
+1 [card]Arachnophobia[/card] (will come in very usefull with all the discard that will be roaming around.
+1 [card]wild buds[/card] (haven't used it yet, but seems very potent)
+1 [card]favor of the dawn[/card] (or other chain for Hailwalker)
Old sap mages ran a combo of ancient staff + whisper. I'm not sure if it is still viable, but well worth looking in to.

Everything else seems fine but not everyone can buy 3x RoD.
(as far as I can see his whole deck seems to be worth a little more than 1 RoD if memory serves me right about RoD's price)

"Of course they don't want that (adding more crystals to the game) to happen, because then the outrageous card prices would drop"
So MUCH stupidity in one sentence xD

yep im going with hundawa, eikytan and keizan warrior version. Eikytan is there mainly as the support character while Keizan and hundawa are still able to use msot of the spells. I did include whisper in there just to lock them up even more.

true, but these are just the changes that I would make (on first sight).
Dont forget that there are more then enough alternatives.
\/\/\/\/\/\/\/
[card]fireball[/card]
[card]Break the first chain[/card]
[card]sinking[/card]
[card]combustion[/card]
the new [card]gust[/card]
[card]magic study[/card] (that is only if you use both the mage version of keizan eikytan)
ofcourse you could also just replace them with more offensive nature spells (another [card]arachnophobia[/card] and extra [card]magic poison[/card]) , [card]than the sword[/card] or extra chains for Hailwalker.

I had a deck around those 3 and Living Nature (while it was still at 3) using Keizan (mage), Mylad and Rockspeaker.
It did quite well (beating the shit out of several A-Bomb decks for example) for the money you had to give for it.

So i broke down and bought a few boosters. This new release is FIRE! Wild buds... A Sap Heart godsend lol. Or Quercussend. Whoever comes first lol. Like most other non-circus players I was pretty pissed but now, not so much. So far im 50/50 with discard and considering that im running mages, thats pretty damn good. The meat of the deck has to be 3 germinations, 3 vengeful lianas, and 3 unfortunate encounters. After that, the rest is gravy. So far, ive had no need for item removals like freeze. Ran into 1 foamy deck with Galene and the other machinist craftsman. Several other golem decks and naturally some Kotobas floating around. No longer a need for RoD. And thats good since I thought the last sap release was going to be good and sold all 3 to fund my purchases. Big mistake until now. Anyone else enjoying the new cards?

Yes, I re-build my sap mage-deck for last weeks mission, and expecting saps tl be getting expanded.
So after a look at the cards yesterday i started experimenting and i am happily surprised so far.
world-tree have some of the coolest mages out there and i was happy when i saw new cards where released for them. Now I have to admit i was hopping for a new world-tree mage, but you cant have everything at once right ?
I also think it is nice that IHAS had boost, and this might give them a little bit more moving space outside of the discarding and playing IHAS.
keep the totems is sweet and i can see him work in a multirace deck as well, and like to our ancestors might work in there to.

have anyone use "hit fot hit" with "wild buds" ??
hit for hit + fierceness =can deal more than 2 direct dmg
if I already have wild buds attached then I use hit for hit+ ..(something)...
how is it ??
magic damage per character = [sp+4+(bonus from hit for hit)]/n+(dmg from wild buds) , n= alive opponent character
or
magic damage per character =[sp+4]/n+(bonus from hit for hit)+(dmg from wild buds)
or not???

Wild Buds is AoE. As far as I know you can't chain anything into it.

Rain of Death + Illumination... only if Wild Buds is the only Nature card in your deck which is highly unlikely.

That's still not chaining anything into Wild Buds, as you're chaining into Illumination.
And using Wild Buds in such a capacity would be kinda silly.

I think he means using 1 turn to attach the buds, and another to play hit for hit since wild buds is a permanent card?
turn 1 : keizan attaches wild buds to himself
'
'
'turn 4: keizan plays hit for hit + something else while wild buds is attached to him, how is the damage counted then?

Why not? You will have damage from Rain of Death and Wild Buds (mage only)? Hit for Hit is chainable to Illumination as well so I don't see why this cannot work. 100% Wild Buds if it is the only Nature card in your deck and Keizan is a Nature Guem.

*facepalms* I didn't see it was permanent. I are dumb.
So...is this the Nature version of Crystal Storm then?

Much powerful Crystal Storm as you can still play spell cards.

I meant does it activate at the end of EVERY fight, and not just the fight of the character it's attached to?

Ahh... misread the card. It is only for the character it's attached to. Pardon me ^_^'

lol. If it would activate every turn that would be a little bit of overkill, dont you think?

Maybe if it was tweaked and toned down a notch...no. We do have Crystal Storm after all.
