i don't have a good discard deck, barely any, and i need help completing this challange, any specific ideas on how to get this done?

Easiest way? buy Fe'ez...
Not so easy way? use theft, treacherous, and whip (all fairly cheap cards) with any combination of Circus characters and hope you get lucky.
