Can someone explain Soul Judgment and Mineptra's Sword to me please.
I'm having trouble figuring out the logic behind these two cards. I can have 3 Mineptra's Swords in a deck. Also, I can have 1 Soul Judgment in a deck. That's fine no problem because it is uniqe. What is making me scratch my head is Mineptra's Sword is not unique. Even though it upgrades to Soul Judgement, I don't understand why I can't have 1 Soul Judgement and 2 Mineptra's in the same deck. I don't understand why the uniqueness of Soul Judgement should affect the others.
What am I missing?

Because technically its still the same card. Only upgraded. Still counts as '3' copies of the card. Or if unique....the only one.
