Help - Fez didn't credit, no respond from Feerik Support for days

Hi guys,

What's another way to contact Feerik Support besides filing a ticket?  I bought some Fez via Paypal about 3 days ago and didn't get credit for them.  Filed a ticket on Wednesday (today is Saturday) and also a dispute in Paypal, but no response from Feerik Support.

Any feedback appreciated.
