How to change my nickname

I went in through Facebook then chose my profile and options, and it there wasn't a way to edit it.  I also tried it directly logging into the website and it wasn't there either. 

Is it a field that can't be edited?

The nickname can not be change on line.

You must open a ticket to the support and explain that you want to change your nickname and the new name you want.

The report/contact link at the bottom of the page used to have an option to submit a ticket, but doesn't now, so how do I submit one?
