Another playing emailed me to congratulate me on second in Amnezy, but also told me that a team of players from Argentina was cheating to get first place. Is there anyway that someone who works at Eradan can look into the game log for suspicious activity and ban any accounts that were cheating. Also if that was the case I think I should be awarded the first place prize.

Either way please let me know if there is any truth to this, would be a shame if people were winning by cheating.

Here is a paste of the email I recieved from another player:

free wins to teammates... in fact its the third time that the winner reach 1st position during last hours getting 150+ points! We can't do anything... i got 5th and i defeated Karpi in just 2 rounds... shame!

Giving free wins to friends isn't against the rules, as far as I'm aware. Unethical yes, immoral also...but cheating? Not really.

I had a 'crew' that used to agree to quit the game if the other person had higher ELO rating at that time. There are also people that run 2 accounts and if they meet 'each other' they bail...been done for ages that trick.

You win the moral victory for coming second without being underhanded...so gratz to you.

Cheating is cheating. Strip the cheaters of their title, award it to the real winners. Ban the cheaters from the game or just reset all their cards. its one thing to farm crystals off an alt acc. It's another entirely to ruin a tournament using it...

I agree that cheating is cheating and all that good stuff. What is crawling under my skin is that after Feerik "fixed" the ability to get rating this way by cuttting rating in half each time you win against someone. Imo I think they should come up with something new all together. I'm currently staring at the same rating for the last 2 days. Sad part about it all is Im facing the same rotaion of players people. I'd win 6 games and get like 20 rating just to have an unlucky game take it all away and bump me in rating to play the same rotaion of players to grind just as few points as before just to repeat the cycle.

Why always argentina?Everyone knows that pelé is better than maradonna,pelé dont cheat,maradonna done a goal with the hand,this shows that argentina is cheater....

P.S.:I'm just kidding for the ones who dont understand.
P.S.S.:And give free win to friends,to me is cheating,as you dont really got the skill that is shown...

Those Argentin players ***bip*** talking are from my caln -.- ARE YOU SERIOUS WHEN U SAY WE ARE CHEATING? Im not from Argentina in fact im the only one from my country playin eredan xD but guys seriously we only win amnezy´s by efforts, some guy there talked about winning 150 in a hour, first its impossible and second a player can win that in final stages of elo with hard work u can´t be complaining about other people efforts.
Sucks seeing this type of commentary (not aiming GolgoDemon or the others) plus feerik cuted off elo score now i cant see a damn reason to claim that we are cheating...
