lately, ive been getting really crappy stuff i cant even sell (from zahals adventure), today ive had teh last straw, dozens of times i have goten crap like "crackling crown", bigrage, dexterity tests, fierce lion, lady jane, i hate the zil, i hate the noz, preaparation, shadow idol, random, sun armor, the heart of teh battle and for crap sake even oh so many eternity lanterns. i thought to myself, fine, i got some useless stuff, there are many cards, some are even good that i never intend to use, but right now i have gotten aez. not only that i got this weakest avalonian from long gone before the adventures got launched, that i have no hope of upgrading since i cant get not his sword neither his better version. i wait hours so i can do this adventure again and again in each time i get worse and worse things. what do i want people to do with it? i have no freaking idea, but i know i cant be the only one who waits, and waits, and waits for that damn energy bar to fill just a little bit more so you can play this tiny game, and recive the most useless cards invented in this game. there are two stuff i want, either feez/good cards (i know, unlikely, you cant just give teh best stuff) or, we can ask teh developers to increase the size of the energy bar, not only for us, who rely on zahal to save us from our feezless life but for people who try and finish teh chain adventures (sand of the arena, teh ritual, and i assume more to come) also, i expressed my rage upon getting aez in the kongregate chatroom, here it is for all to view:
when life gives you aezes, dont make aezes, get mad! make life take aez back! i didnt want your damn aez! what am i supposed to do with him? demand to see lifes manager! make life rue the day it gave cave johnson aez! do you know who i am? I'm the man who's gonna burn your house down! With aez! I'm gonna get my engineers to invent a combustible aez that burns your house down!"

Sorry t hijack the thread but the biggest problem is not being able to sell the amounts of crap cards.
I don't know what happens when you have 10 unsellable cards and get a salable one somehow, are you screwed or does the salable one gets priority? and what happens vice versa? (having 10 salable cards and getting one unsellable)
I would appreciate being able to instant sell (for the usual 10 crystals) unsellable cards so we can clean up our collections a bit.
As for the complaint: Most of the people here stem from the era where adventure didn't exist and are already happy with the random crap dropping over the old days where nothing at all dropped. I think it will be hard to find support. Perhaps with clear drop chance rates there might be a stop to any discussion about this ever.

You can have 100 times the same cards in your collection.
When you have 10 times the same card you can not buy this card on the market, that's all.

What happens if I have for example 3 fireballs, only one of them salable and I want to mix two fireballs to create a salable rain of death? Does the system give priority to the salable ones?

I like the adventure mode just the way it is.
It is a good option for noobs to get some crystals if their collection is crappy. Trust me, having crappy cards in the training rooms at level 11 onwards is depressing. The cards are a bonus but you may get something you need from time to time.
Plus having those kinds of drop rates/energy cost allows casual players to not get left behind by those who play 24x7.

What happens if I have for example 3 fireballs, only one of them salable and I want to mix two fireballs to create a salable rain of death? Does the system give priority to the salable ones?
I believe if you put the saleable one into a deck, and fuse the two non-salable ones, it should work. It won't look for Fireballs in decks. It'll look for the ones out of decks to use first.

or maybe decrease the energy regeneration from 5mins to 3mins.. ^_^

you could also sell the saleable one, merge the non saleables and then unsell..

Oh. Well he can't make a saleable one unless he had two saleable Fireballs. The only way he could make a salable RoD is if the Fireballs were rare, not uncommon.

No, I just says that the result is unpredictable.
I have no clues that the merging process will take the unsaleable or the saleable one (I assume that the fusion is done from one saleable card).

but i thought one needs to be rare?
i think it was discussed long long ago that merging a fireball with another fireball even if its unsellable would yield an unsellable rod..
anyways, i dont have any plans to merge my fireball with a non sellable one anyways..

If you want to have a saleable RoD you need to merge 2 saleable Fireball.
I said that I have no information of the result of this case :
- 3 fireball in the collection
- 2 saleable one unsaleable.
- You try to make the merge from one of the saleable card.
The result is unknown :
Does the system takes the unsaleable one ?
Does it takes the saleable one ?
In first case, the RoD will be unsaleable
In second case the RoD will be saleable.

I tried it with RoD, one saleable and one doesn't...
It doesn't work I think, the saleable one must be higher in rarity to be able to sell the merge in the market...

Yeah. Zurga said that. The only way to make a saleable card out of a saleable and non-salable card is for the one that's saleable to be rare.

To be totally accurate if you merge an uncommon saleable card with an common unsaleable card, the result is saleable.
A merge gives saleable card if all the cards of the highest rarity are saleable.
If for the highest rarity you have one card saleable and one unsaleable, the result is unsaleable.

Really? That's a new one to me. Huh, seems neat. So theoretically if a legendary needed a rare card, you could use a salable legendary card and a non-salable rare.

Yes, if this case arrive, you could.
In fact, Tandyys (member of staff) said to us that Legendary will never merge with other cards.
If you have enough luck to get a legendary card, you won't be block by the rare card not on the market
This "new" mechanism is in fact the one put in action from the beginning of the change of saleable / unsaleable merge mechanism.
But we don't have the information until recently.
The mechanism is complex enough to stay on "rare part" of the mechanism, which is understandable by all.

All I wish for is to be able to destroy unsalable characters. It's annoying to browse through all those useless level 1 characters when building a deck.
