Narcissism + Multitasking

Apparently the items played from multitasking don't allow to be attached when a narcissism is attached this causes a timeout win for the nehant player.

narcissism also shows more bugs!!!
1. it occasionally activates on characters not carrying it
2. it deals damage even after removed with clumsiness a round or more before
