Its a bug?

Sorry if there's already a topic whit the same thread but i got a question that no one answer:

Dismemberment actives the powder keg,but it isin't a weapon or even fire damage,so its bug?If i use that,i'm a buguser?If yes,that's bad, 'cuz i saw a lot of guys using it,and you guys should fix.If not,i'm going to use it xD

Dismemberment will trigger the kegs if you used it while carrying a powder weapon. If you don't have a powder weapon equipped then it will only deal its normal damage. No bug there.

Direct damage from actions still counts as long as they have a powder weapon equipped.

have a question about another possible bug
the character hakim
is a warrior however his order bonus would allow him to play theurgy's
so if when selecting cards for him to play for a given combat how come if i place the card "that's an order" which would give him his order bonus along with it's chain i can't place a theurgy as the chain?
