Brarmir Renegade.
He says he can use Pirate Cards without guild restriction, but the deck wont let you add them.
EDIT. Ok how about this....if you use him in a pure MERC Deck it wont let you add pirate cards. Even though he says he can use them.

Have you tried adding them after turning on "show cards that cannot be used" or w/e the option is?
