Removed from the game pile
There should exist a visible removed from the game pile just like there exists a discard pile and we should be able to check both ours and the opponents pile.
It's insane that this doesn't exist! I've lost games because of not remembering what cards I've already removed from my opponents or what cards I have left in the deck after my opponent removes cards from my discard pile.
It's ridiculous that I need to write down the cards names on paper before removing them. I'm killing trees here! 
Also, this could give you the possibility to develop cards that handle the removed from the game area in the future.
