you get him in 2 ways...

first: complete the tutorial and obtain a complete deck containing lucy, shara and a strange unicorndog

and second: having lots of luck on adventure mode drops

his best evolution: erm *cough* i can already smell someone saying that warrior lucy is overpowered... but to keep it real... he is weak in no matter which way you develop him... best to use him as long as you have to and farm crystals to go on to some real character

eh was just asking because i just noticed him actually was wondering how to get him, did the pain of doing the tutorial, but didn't get him, so i have to get lucky in adventure

Where you get Lucyan has been said already.

If you did the tutorial and did not get the tutorial deck (along with the characters) message a mod.

Warrior Lucyan is above god. He shines the most in crafter or court decks. Although he hasn't seen much play lately, he's still very good for a character you get for free.

Priest Lucyan is good if you want to get a Merc priest deck, but he's not warrior Lucyan.

The rest are too mediocre to be considered.

I made the mistake of turning my first Lucyan into mage version. I play mage Lucyan in a merc mage/warrior deck with Erein and Nalen. (Not gonna give my secert to success with that deck cause I win 80% catching people off guard). But I was truely blessed picking a 2nd one up and turned him into warrior. He sits and sharpens weapons with Scragh and Hares waiting for item daily quests.
