Cheap one or expensive?

I would say standard powder deck would work out quite well with her. She can recycle all the cards that do damage if the opponent somehow survives.

No, she clearly meant Flux Capacitor if she's talking about time travel.  Tony Stark's Arc Reactor never gave him that ability.  I'll just leave this here for you, Cossette...

ever thought bout cards like
[card]creative inventions[/card] or [card]recycling[/card]
she recycles those cards and gives a ton of mechanical arms or cocktails to you.

another way could be her ability to gain +3atk and chain 2handed weapons.
so she can get 9 atk and chain [card]narwhal[/card], damn good sniper imo.
