Some guys in the Brazilian forum told me that they did the tutorial and they received these cards. So they told me to report a bug here.

There is two way to have this deck:
- You're a new guy and you do the tutorial, first thing to do in the game and you received the deck.

- You're an old player and you've begun the game when you need to choose a crystal starter deck.

In the first case, you receive the deck with no trouble.

In the second case, you can do the tutorial in order to get the deck. But there is trouble with the trophy.
So some of them do not have the trophy and it requires manual operation to deliver the deck.

Guessing both events never triggered for this guy, meaning no crystals, no characters. prob needs to reset the acc or make a new one.

Do you really believe that someone registered in the forum since January 7th 2012 has no deck to play since then ?

Please, stop to guess and let the player answer by himself.

I was the one who pointed him this way, by his post on the brazilian forum, he is an old player, and has played the new tutorial but didn't get the cards, so based on other cases reported on the forum of this problem I told him to try to contact Saphon.

I followed similar advice but the problem is i'm still missing the deck and trophy even after Saphon tried to fix it so unfortuantely it seems it's not always a fix. Been almost 2 weeks and not heard from their customer support on the matter
