Just wanted to try something with the new Sap stuff!! Tons O' fun so far!! Stops alot of combos which is really fun! Humorous watching mages play only one card at a time!!
I want to give it a run in Elo so lets see y'alls comments!

wow talk about restricting your opponent. If you get root early, I odnt see how the opponent can win if they're locked up

Well so far I'm having a hard time with other mage decks. Especially Sap Heart mage!
I can only deal so much damage to them with their high spirit scores...

I'd put Ishaia or Verace instead of Dandy. then full mages and they are kinda tanky.
Asrow would dissapear for Ice Barrier.
But that's only suggestions

Doyen is good, but I like Dandy because early game if you don't draw a root no one can chain on him so he play Asrow --> root. So the next time that opposing character takes a turn he can't chain again. Plus Dandy is really hard to one-shot right off the bat, so he is kinda the deck's tank.

This deck was alot of fun to play simply because no one could do big combos at all. It was fun imagining the person's face when all their characters couldn't chain.

Did you try it in Elo? cause aside from being a bit annoying due blocking combos you don't seems to deal that much dmg

I barely got over 1600 elo score with it, but I never said it was going to win an amnezy tourney lol. It is just something different that no one else is running. I like that kind of stuff, "Diversity". You can deal plenty of damage with it though. It's a Control deck; therefore it takes time to warm up and get rolling. Strangulation deals 9 magic damage when fully set up. That is no small amount.

so would dandy if he gets caught by telendar using assassination... point in using a glass cannon is... to shot the key char quickly and since dandy is the 'tanky' in this deckbuild... anyways noone will start using telendar just because he may be rocking one single deck...

i just wanted to point out that for each and every deck someone builds, you can find the perfect zil to tear it down again^^

Ah well, I knew it wouldn't blast it's way up to the top since I tried the new cards myself. Iwas just curious about the elo stuff since I don't have the appropriate cards to make my saps Elo-able.
Still it's a pretty fun idea

Well Telendar could do it, but it would be a 50/50 chance if I played Asrow with Dandy. But that would require me to have asrow in my first hand. But I guess you would also have to of had Assassination in your first hand as well, and land the +4 atk instead of the +3 atk so it isn't full proof.

Yes the deck is fun! On paper its amazing, but on paper doesn't mean much in Eredan lol

It really is sad the way that is!! This is a cool deck with a cool function. But everyone that beats it just rams it down my throat for not playing the "hot decks"!

Just wondering, are you giving Dandy the "Ivory Bow"? It makes since, I guess, because his attack is virtually non-existent; it's not like losing more attack would really hurt.

Anyways, really cool deck. It's got a nice style to it. Plus, "The Liberated Telendar" (or any marauders, really) can't use the cliched "Time To Die" --> "Assassination" combo, which would otherwise hit really hard. Nice job!

Yes I have been putting Ivory Bow on Dandy!! I love it!! It makes him so useful!! He is really an under played Char!! Everything about him is good, but he can't attack! Big deal!!

Cuz they are freakin douchebags, its wayy more to this damn game than winning a elo tourney.......like havin FUN!
