chain bug with Fallback and Valentyne

If I'm playing Valentyne and lead with a Fallback, I'm able to chain one of her items from my hand.  Don't think this is right.

Same with Hibernation..

I think she can use any of her items as second items, not mattering if the first card had chain or not...

I'm not using it when playing, but sometimes the temptation is so big!!!
