Are the rewards in this event's store pernament? OR does it have a time limit? Or are they replaced once purchased?

i guess its like in pokererdan when u could chose one card for free after completing a certain line of quests.
once u ll obtain the 20 heart thingies u ll be able to buy a permanent char which WONT count towards the char collection trophies but is otherwise fully usable as its normal looking equivalent.

yuling,djamena,ishaia,chesnut,queen,anryna,saphyra,azalys,grief(that creature isn't a woman),,,,pretty strong characters actually

if you manage to do the trophies/quests you can get 2 at the cost of 20 a piece and once you play 50 and 100 tourtament games in the elo room you can unlock to buy more
