Even though Immortals haven't get much updates (yet), it is pretty hard (at least for me) to make a compeling Immortals Deck. I have 3 Supportof the Gods, 2 Solaris, 2 Obesities, but I still pass a rough time with discarders, healing priests and Foam Golem. Longetivity take the space of cards that may be worthier, but makes run out of cards somewhat easily. I have Danger in Delay, but that is not enough.

These are the choices one must make when deck building. True, Immortals aren't what they used to be, but they are still well off! They are just not heavy hitters right off the bat so you are going to have a little bit more of a problem with discard. Everyone does. One just has to hope that you get an amazing opening hand and they get nothing good...

Relax dude, next update will probably be nomads + somthing else, maybe mercenaries.

The problem you are not doing very well liek before is because your strategy is old, nothing can be good for too much time playing with the same cards and strategy.

You will get new cards next update.

too early to get an pirate release again... i take my chances for either an additional merc release that excludes ice elfes or a major release of any guild plus a new adventure mode version to get our feez/ RL money^^

Pirate compendium... K99, Mechanical-Rocket Propelled Whale

I really like immortals but they are just too slow to get going, with all the new cards and high damage.

I just love how every topic on Immortals turns to something completely different The last one I think turned to sexy characters.

On the other hand there are those who try to explain how you can't win with an "old" strategy, but they never suggest a new one with existing cards.

Regarding what jg9 asked, firstly, you have too many [card]Support of the gods[/card]. You can speed it up a little with [card]Kapokek's Jaw[/card].
[card]Dazzle[/card] helps quite a lot versus high damage combos. I suggest 2 of them. Still, I have problems with new decks, mostly magic users (can't counter spells, I would use [card]Counterspell[/card] or [card]Magic Shield[/card], but I don't have what to get rid of).

Anyway, I think the only way to save the Immortals now is to make Lucyan one of them ...

We just really need a new update!! We're limited to 3 characters, and the "immortal" quality of one of them is quiet cheap (Prince Metchaf). and maybe a new weapon, and more support cards!! 'Cause Immortals rules when they were released, but they've become pretty pitty with time.

In the next Nomad release though I'm hoping for an update in priests (non-Temple Guardian) especially on offensive theurgies. Like to see Soraya and Iolmarek in action for a change, maybe a new caste for them.
