Perche' ha la la dicitura "permanente" =P
Suppongo sia stato un fattore di priorita' di attivazione:
prima si e' attivato l'effetto della DK che non ha trovato sortilegi attaccati
successivamente il sortilegio giocato ha acquisito l'effetto di permanenza.
Partecipare alla prima chat italiana di Eredan ITCG!!!

Ma il sortilegio era cmq attaccato ed in gioco, e su Ardy c'e' scritto "Alla fine del combattimento, un Sortilegio Nehant o Ombra in gioco e' scartato" non "permanente e' scartato", al che le cose sono due, o e' c'e' un bug, o va corretto il testo della carta!
