Missing "Greedy Guy" Title

I was playing the Pheonix Adventure Campaign to get the Greedy Guy title, had killed about 52 monsters when the game crashed on me. I reloaded the game but it didn't count the kills toward the Greedy Guy quest (the "kill 50 monsters in one game"), only the main Pheonix Adventure Quest (the "kill 330 monsters"). I would like the trophy and title awarded as I feel I earned it (and bought Fez to get it). If there's a proper form to fill out, I'm willing to do so (couldn't find it). Thanks...
