The Last Hope not Work @ Vulnurable Shulong

This card not work... only shulong 1v3 but cant use this card ( Not give any effect when im use it)

Venerable Shulong count for Three character.
So basically, if Shulong is alive, you have 3 characters : when you win, you make a perfect, that is not possible if you have only one character alive.

You can not use this card with this character.
