Accumalair's Effect on game is INCOMPLETE.
Attack buff not triggered, but the regained health was acquired.
[card]Accumalair[/card]'s effect should take place here:
here's the items that [card]Ica-Rusty[/card] hold: 
Before, [card]Ica-Rusty[/card] have 18/21, ATK 6 DEF, and 12 HP, and I played [card]Creative Inventions[/card] followed by [card]Recycling[/card].
In [card]Creative Inventions[/card], I chose [card]Accumalair[/card], it attached to another beast not in the picture shown above, and in [card]Recycling[/card], i chose [card]Ica-Rusty's Mechanical Arm[/card].
Ica attacked the beast with [card]Accumalair[/card]. So the Rusty gain 2 HP, but there's no ATK + 1.
that's the end of my story ^_^
