Game seems to be VERY VERY expensive, like 7$ a booster pack.
is buying cards a must?
how much is enough for a begginer?
are the starters worth it? like the fury of nature.
starting to really enjoy the game, but once i saw those prices. i dunno if it's worth it.

Well, the ideal would be put like 21 bucks a month in the game, will keep you up to date, and allow you to sell cards in the marketplace..
From there, depends on your luck.. You can get really luck and get a good card that finance the building of a deck, or you can get unlucky and do barely 20k gold in 3 boosters..
It is an expensive game...
But from what I understand for US and European players the offers of free feez are actualy worth it..

there is no chat in the game? i can't chat with my opponents?

It is way easier to get crystal now than it was when I started playing. You could maybe count on 500 crystal a day. Now, with adventure mode, I've easily been getting 2k crystal a day. So is buying packs necessary? No. Is it recommended? Yes. To make a moderately competitive deck you will probably end up spending about 150k crystal. This is on the cheap side, and not ELO level. But, you are able to do fine in the level room and adventure mode.
Now, I'm assuming you don't want to grind for 75 days straight to get this mediocre deck, and I don't blame you. A very, very broad average for packs is about 10k crystal per pack. That average has gone up recently with their higher rate of playable rares being printed. In addition, certain guilds have a higher amount of high dollar cards than others. Sap Heart is trash for value whereas Zil and Noz have a ton of high value rares. Noz, right now, is most value per pack at regular price AND is 30% off right now. So if you are looking to buy packs in the next week, I can recommend Noz.
If you DON'T want to buy packs, you can increase your crystal income with the old buy low level chars sell them at max level. It is a lot of work, isn't much profit, and you have to do free fee'z offers for 120 fee'z every three weeks to be able to sell them. I did this for a while, and it doesn't take TOO much time, but it is very time consuming for how much money you make. If you are going for this low dollar slow build up I recommend to be a freaking COLLECTOR. Don't sell your old decks to make new ones, you'll almost always lose money and every crystal counts here.
Now I spend about ten bucks a month (fiveish on months with bad releases, fifteenish on months with good releases) on this game, have a decent win record (64%), and have, over the course of a year, gotten a reasonable sized collection. Yes, the packs are expensive compared to, say, Magic: The Gathering. But the card pool is much, much, smaller, and the size of decks is much, much, smaller, and the amount of essential cards per deck is much, much, cheaper.
nice info, are starters worth it or just buy packs? MTG starters are not really worth it, same here? and again, can we chat is this game?

Starters are not worth by themselves. Since you cannot sell.
But some of them are worth if your willing to implement..
The DK deck, is kind good if you intend to one day make a Dragon Knight deck. It gives you the swords Kounuk the prohet and few other cards that are probally close to 100k if you add all.
But are they better than buy 2 400 gold boosters + 1 120? Can't say.. depends on how ***bip*** luck would go with those boosters... You could get cards worth near 1kk, or you could get shit that wont make 20k..
As for chats, you can chat with friend list while not in combat, and there is a especial battle that you can chat with your friend if your fighting him.
About grinding.. Well IMHO if you spend the time you would have to grind, selling limonade or cutting the neighboors grass, and spend the money on booster you will profit more.

I noticed that i can't edit the crystals starters. can i edit the feez starters?
and you are all saying 100k for that card, 50k for this card, is all those prices in crystals?
I assume the marketplace only uses crystals? does it use feez as well?
thanks

You can edit any deck, just remove one card from the deck and you can put others cards in it.

In all honesty, this game isn't really worth the ideal 21 bucks a month to me. That's more than WoW, and comparing this to Wow is like saying 'Would you like to buy this McDonald cheeseburger, or this filet mignon. They cost the same.'
If you want to play a card game, invest in Magic. It's infinity better, and you can actually get back some of your money by playing in tournaments or cashing in on lucky pulls from your packs. The player base is so much more active than this game, not to mention larger. If you like making friends, Magic is good, and even if you just want to sit home and play it, play their online version, it's the same thing, minus the personal interaction. Plus their boosters are only about $3.50-4 bucks, and you get more than four or twelve cards in them, too.
It's just better if you're looking for a game to sink into. Don't get me wrong, Eredan is fun, but Magic will give you the most bang for your buck.

Its painful how much more this game costs than real world TCGs
Dont get me wrong, back in the day I bought a ton of Pokemon, Yugioh, MTG, WoWTCG
but even at their most expensive they were still less than this game (except for Pokemon in some stores, I once saw a Pokemon boosters at $15 a pack, and yes !!boosters!!)

I as one enjoy eredan for the simple fact that it isnt like magic, yugi, or any other TCG out there I know of. I lack the local card shop to vist for the RL exsperiance of TCGs. And its easy as dropping 10 bucks every so often just to be able to sell cards on AH or an event worth taking interest in.

Same here, sure it may be expensive but you're competing with the world.
I just spend a few bucks every 2 weeks (when they release new cards).
Just like any Trading card game spending money is a given, the new releases generally sell for over a 100K on the day of release too.
