From which lvl you can buy boosters?

I have a lvl 10 account but i cant buy any boosters, only starters deck.
can you help me?

In the market page, there's a few tabs on the side.  You might just be looking at decks.  As far as I know, there's no limitation to buy packs.  If there is, seems odd that greedy people like Feerik would put a minimum level on spending money.

I know about the other tabs but they ain't there. I can oly buy starter decks.
Even i entered with a frined's account which is in low level and altho there starter decks are the only thing to buy.

You have to buy the starter decks first. At least one.

Yup, see what happened was, they had an update where instead of one of the guild starter decks you got a Merc deck instead for beating the Tutorial. Now you have to buy one of the guild decks to have access to the store.
