Question about spell castes

Good daytime!

Can you plz clear it out, if for example a crad "Crystal Storm" has restrictions as mage, and castes of spell as spell draconic and compendium, who can use it? can dragon knights warriors use it? Suppose not, but they can use "Dragon Fangs", that is also limited to mage class. Can you clarify this moment, cause i really cant understand this big_smile

to use a card ALL restrictions have to be fulfilled.

spells need a mage or a gemlit of the spells-element.
(most dragonknights are dragonic gemlit in race, so they can use dragonic spells)

but they have to fulfill the caste too (compendium), dragonknights are dragonknights in caste no compendium.

the only compendium mages are:
alishk, aeronaut, arcmage anryena, pytia N the curtesan marlok.
