Kusanagi
I've been using Weapons at Will to get a Kusanagi and I've noticed that it does not activate immediately. The addition of weapons in discard are counted, but not Kusanagi itself with it's bonuses and penalties to enemy.
Chat me up for a fight. I always love a duel.
