Why is spirit speaker not a world tree?
I mean he's a Dais and the other 3 Dais are world tree...why did he get left out?

Dimizar, the creator of the Universe, has answered in French to this question.
The World-Tree is the "mother" of all daïs, the World-Tree has been destroyed.
The World tree Daïs try to make the World-Tree to revive.
Sipirt Speaker is a "young" Daïs (less than 100 years), his motivations are not actually to help the tree revival, so he is not part of the World-Tree cast.

So he probably will become part of the world tree someday then?
Once he gets older, I'm assuming they will re-release him as a new card part of world tree
