Ice elves and It is time

When an ice elf plays it is time (mostly encountered with Ayir but I think it occurred with another ice elf as well) all cards that require an additional action (discard, choose a character, choose one or more attached cards) are ignored.

The bug seems to be occurring for other cards too - It is time played by the opposing hares prevented my exodium from being attached.

This is what happens whenever an ICE ELF plays It is Time or Order to Charge. The characters get blacked out and you cant make a choice. Fix this.....please?
