Desert mask

The card says "Chain" but it is not chaining. Which is wrong?

I don't play it.  I'm asking for a screenshot because that's what you're supposed to do when you have a bug.  Otherwise, how do we know you're telling the truth.  I'm not calling you a liar, but it's easier to tell what's wrong by a picture.  There are cards and characters that stop you from chaining, like Dandy and Root.  So if you had Root on your character or was playing against Dandy, that would be why it didn't chain.
