So since i just started the game back up again and have no idea whats good or not, i'll leave it up to you i have up to 37k to make a full deck.

I'd rather not spend real money if possible.

Go wild as long as the deck is still semi strong i'll try most ideas.

I have a few starter cards that might be useful if you want me to list them.

37k? can't think of any deck that would be even semi strong with that price tag.

What cards do you have to start with?

Fireball, lightning bolts 1 and then the starter cards.

I'm just looking for a deck that will be fun to play without getting face stomped every game

For starters...over your budget but the only semi competative deck i can think of that doesn't cost the earth.

Alright thanks for your help, i've spent ages trying to find a good cheapish deck but most cost 100k+

Try to do a few of the free offers for feez...if you can buy a couple of even 4 card packs, you may be able to get a rare, or better. Sell on and build :-)

37k is very low
Tracker war guemelite arnt to expensive,
In elo they wont get you to far, but it still is a pretty fun deck and will
do possibly be your best option for that price.

Hime 1700
Malyss 7600
Shui khan 15000 but you can start out with amaya (100) in his place and buy khan later on when you have the money.

item:
kunai x2 1900 each
Shuriken x2 2000 each
Tracker´s emblem x3 1000 each
Tracker´s mask x3 1300 each

spell:
katamaru x3 1000 each
Return to sender x2 300 each
Ice barrier x2 3600 each

Action:
A close shave x1 100
To track down x1 1000
Origami x1 1000 (filler)

This is an idea of what a tracker deck in your price range would look like, If you have an assassination from the starter deck add that one in there for sure.
The deck plays simple, shuriken for unlimited chain, discard 1 of them if you have 2.

Tracker Emblems, masks, Ice barrier and return to sender to boost your defenses and spirit, to make make Katamaru as strong as possible.

Shui khan is a lot better compared to Amaya as he will heal himself when your other characters are dead and he can play Katamaru, but amaya pretty good,
