Bug with Strength Of Noz

Good daytime!

I really don`t understand is it a bug or a game mehanics - when i play Strength Of Noz it always discards at end of combat. But as an item shouldn`t it stay?

All of the 'Strength of _____' items no longer stay on your characters.  If you notice, they no longer say 'Permanent.'  They're essentially potions at this point.
