Sap Heart Extra Attack Question/Potential Bug

The extra attack some Sap Hearts get, it seems like it ignores their actual attack value

By this I mean, I reduced the enemy Sap Heart attack to 0 but her extra attacks still did full damage

The extra hit(s) for elfine use Printed Attack value, meaning the attack before the bonus and penalty of cards played.

I hope this clears everything

The card mentioned that it will be printed min attack score.

It's a physical attack then yes.
