hi ive been working on this deck love some input and i wonder why sometimes my vital syphon dont trigger at the end of fights does it have something to do with the spirit of the opponent?

I find "A New Start" and "the hungry Void" totally useless cause all of your card are atached to the oposoting character, so your discard pile is all game empty.
In my deck i swap Amixdara for carkass, for me it works better agains mages for exemple.
I only lose games when i got screwed with the cards, or agains discard decks and sometimes agains mages.
Refereing to your question about the spirit, Vital Shipon deals magic damage for each corruption card atached, so yes, if the opositing character has spirit 3 and 5 corruption cards atached, the total damage dealt will only be 2.
And I do agree with you that the nehan mage deck needs some more cards, nowdays there are only a few cards that work well for them, i only have 2 ways to play, Demon may rise + demonic portal, that works awesome agains zil, ecliplse, etc.
And play the vital siphon has a big dmg input and heal.
In my opinion nehan mage is a good deck, but it needs more cards because with a nehan mage is reallly hard to reach 1700ELO, if someone has a good strategy to go farther just tell me please.

yeah went a few discard decks that is why ans is in there the void is in there is to use demonic portal a 4th time ive needed it alot

Yeah.. It looks to me as corruptions lack the "umpfh" to compete with the big decks.
Amidraxar ain't got no synergi really. I'd cut him in favor for [card]Carkass[/card]. But it's pretty weak too. If you play Carkass, you'll need another [card]Revealing the Secrets[/card]. Hell, I recommend cutting void for a Revealing even without Carkass.
Keeping ANS will probably give you a slight better chance against discards, I guess. But that's all metagame and I don't know enough about the decks in ELO.
Cutting one Desolation in favor for a [card]Corupption of the soul[/card] would probably be in your favor. How do you feel that three Desolations work? It's pretty situational and pretty often a dead card in your hand.
Slapping one [card]tenebrium[/card] in there somewhere might work. It might be too slow though.
