1st : this should not be in the deck and strategy section.
2nd : it means that out of your 3 characters, 2 of them don't have the same class.

for example :
[card]Fog hydra[/card]
[card]Scargh[/card]
[card]The Shadow[/card]
is okay,since hydra and scargh don't share the same class

Here's an idea:  Don't build a mill deck with this card.  it's not suited for one.  car advantage is one thing, but this card gives you too much of it in a 20 card deck.

but i had played with someone play this card in mill deck, he play this card and I remember both 2 player draw extra 3 card. Next he play Mental Siphon... discard 8 card in one turn.

I do not think so.
in some decks, its important to quickly reduce its coverage and its cemetery to fill.
for example:

[card]weapons at will[/card]
[card]items have a soul[/card]
or
[card]master mage marzhin[/card] deck (german tread)

dreamlike is a must in such deck.

So for kotoba you use a craftsman instead of a warrior and lose the really nice character bonuses? Doesn't sound like a good idea.
Same for Saps - playing a class other then warrior in a IHAS gives you a useless character and for what?! - a chance to draw some extra cards.
50% of the time dreamlike will be in the lower part of the deck when the real problem with WaW and IHAS is when you get many action cards in the first turn.

For master mage I agree though. It is a very good card.
