zil marauder card (get more chain and support New telendar)

choose one of your character and attach this card to him. At start of the turn,
that character get turn bonus and this card is removed from game.
(Then if make it be the without guild, fog hydra may get insane ^^)

Neat card. *Shrugs* Not OPed, not under powered.
